Zedoun AlZoubi
About Zedoun Alzoubi is the Co-founder and Director of LUGARIT, a Melbourne-based think tank. He is also a researcher and practitioner with expertise in peacebuilding, governance, identity, and post-conflict recovery. His work bridges academic inquiry and field practice, with particular focus on local governance, decentralization, and the socio-political dynamics of reconciliation in Syria and the wider region. He has published and contributed to research on health governance, national identity, local governance, civil society, and conflict-sensitive approaches, while leading applied projects in partnership with international organizations and local actors.
